You agree to indemnify C&M against any claim, notice, lawsuit, or any liability, damage, cost, or expense resulting from any violation and/or infringement committed by USERS or anyone acting on their behalf, with their consent or tolerance, regarding the SITE. C&M may, at its sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, or prevent any USER from accessing the SITE, in whole or in part, without prior notice, whenever inappropriate conduct is detected, without prejudice to any administrative, extrajudicial, and judicial measures deemed necessary.
